soooo tired of gnome desktop

man.

Im  so  tired of the default Ubuntu look and feel. Sure, its user
friendly. Sure its point and click. And everything just  works...

But  at  the  end  of the day, Im a keyboard man. All these icons
just irritate me, I find myself  using  the  terminal  and
emacs  just  as  much anyway. And gnome (and KDE for that matter)
are so... slow.

No, Im starting to consider switching my window manager  back  to
fvwm, and skip the desktop manager completely.

I'll give a try, see if I still like it.
